How to structure rent to own agreement?

Hi, I am new to BP and excited to join the community. I am looking at my first purchase, a condo unit (I know not the best option most of the time but something I'm set on pursuing), and am proposing to the seller's agent a rent to own agreement. It is currently listed for rent as it is on the market.From a buyer's perspective, I am wondering if there is anything the BP community would recommend if I end up putting one of these agreements together.
