Pros and Cons of Getting a Real Estate License
Hi Everyone! I'm just starting out in my REI journey and have already seen quite a few articles and posts where some people have a real estate license and some don't. Do you think it's a must have to get started out (maybe because you can find better deals via MLS or because it helps you understand the ins and outs more, etc) or did you find that it was a deterrent? Or maybe it makes no difference?
