I'm finishing up a PhD and just had my first child in January. I'm looking to get into small apartments to begin with, along with private money lending from my IRA.

My question is: What have you done this week to bring you one step closer to your REI goals?

For me: I am currently saving capital, networking on BP and through mutual friends, and am practicing analyzing deals. What about you?
