Starting out on my real estate journey (investing out of state)

Danish Arshad
Posted

Hello Everyone, I am looking to start investing in real estate. Unfortunately, I live in SF Bay Area where the single family or Duplex properties are outside of my budget. I am looking to start investing out of state. I am looking to find areas where I can find renters quickly and get a Duplex or single family that will be cash flow positive. I am currently looking at Dallas, Fort Worth TX area. Interested to hear any thoughts on what are some good rental markets outside of California, and get in touch with some real estate agents in those areas.

Hi @Danish Arshad I highly recommend the Columbus Ohio market. We have solid cash flow & appreciation. There are big name companies that are pouring hundreds of millions of dollars into our infrastructure & our population is steadily increasing!
