Need suggestion in creating my very own Real Estate Support Team!

Michael Fierro
Posted

First time investor here. I hear it is ideal to get yourself a Real Estate "Support Team” before purchasing a property. Here is my list so far:

1. Real Estate Agent

2. Lender (possible using conventional loan)

3. Escrow/ Title Company

4. Real Estate Attorney

5. Home Inspector

6. CPA Accountant

7. Contractor/Handy Man

Am I missing something or is this enough? Open to hear any suggestions. Thanks!

@Michael Fierro

No one can provide any real value to you unless you mention to us what area you are looking to invest in...

Real estate agents, lenders, escrow title company, attorney, inspectors, contract handy men all work in specific areas.
A real estate agent in Los Angeles won't be able to help you if your target market is Cleveland.
