Hello BP family,

I am looking for the new single family house rental property in Dallas areas such as Little Elm, Princeton, Forney, Mesquite and others. But I am not sure which place I should pick. Is there any advise which town or city would have a potential return on investment. My focus is appreciation. My budget is is in between 200k and 300k.

@Sastry Srini I would consider most of Forney A or B, probably very little C. Should be strong market for rentals. To me there are not a lot of demand generators which is a bit of a concern, mostly just bedroom community....but now with the 90min rule, maybe that eliminates the concern. Decent schools. I think I would stay with newer and nicer neighborhoods, probably HOA neighborhoods.
