My wife and I are just starting out and have decided on Kansas City on our market. Has anyone had good experiences with Turnkey Companies or Property management companies that they would recommend?

Matt, 

I would recommend @Zach Lemaster over at Rent to Retirement and Brittany at A-1 properties. These are the people who helped set up my rental in KC and I've been happy with my experience.
