Question concerning Marketing, Platforms and Systems. As I start this journey i see there is so much content, systems and platforms. Trying to figure what are the basics I need to get started is becoming overwhelming. I was contacted by a provider in Real estate marketing and quoted me a pretty big number for the following. Is all this necessary to start wholesaling?

  1. Domain Creation
  2. Hosting set Up
  3. Landing Page Creation
  4. Copywriting creation (Email, Website, Marketing Material)
  5. Website Setup
  6. CRM Setup.
  7. Qualifying Questions Set up
  8. Pipeline Set up
  9. Auto responder set up and Implementation
  10. PPC Management (90) days
  11. KPI Set up
  12. Email Marketing Sequences provided and set up
  13. Direct mail marketing material
  14. Website optimization and testing

@Arthur Hughes The short answer is no, you do not need all those things. They are all useful and even, in the right hands and at the right time, essential, but if you're just starting out, targeting those 14 items is definitely putting the cart before the horse.

The number one priority on your list should be networking. Start small and work hard. These 14 items can fall into place when the time comes.
