How to buy a house hack without a job
I have found a deal that by purchasing it with 20% down, and renting out the extra bedroom, I will eliminate my housing costs entirely. I have the down payment plus a little extra, but I don't currently have a job. How can I get financing for the other 80% of the purchase price without having a job?
