Owner occupied financing
If I want to do a rent by the room strategy using owner occupied financing, How long do you have to wait before you can move out? Or do you have to refinance to then move out? I’ll rent by the room for a bit until I can save up again to buy another place and move out as quick as possible to the next deal.
