Hi everyone! I’m planning on converting my current San Antonio primary residence into a rental in the next few months and moving into another single family that I can add some value to before converting it into a long-term rental as well.
Does anyone have any recommendations for appreciating neighborhoods in the path of progress that also have the opportunity to cashflow?
