Hello,

I am relatively new to real estate investing and looking for suggestions for areas to invest in Illinois/Wisconsin. Specifically, I am looking to buy and hold and build up a portfolio. I’ve watched many of the videos on the BiggerPockets platform and am ready to take the next step and start my real estate investing journey.
