Hey BP Community,

As a new real estate investor looking to purchase my first rental property, would it be smart to go ahead and create a rental business LLC and build business credit? Or would I be okay with using my personal credit and info for first starting out? If you can, please provide some advice/guidance with this. Thanks in advance everyone!
