Moving To The US & Starting In Real Estate As A Non Resident

Hi everyone,

I’m a young newbie who’s just starting to get interested in real estate, I have some questions about moving to the US in order to start a career in real estate as a non us resident.

I’d like to know if that’s possible to do so, do I need a work permit, and if so how can I get one, is there a specific criteria?

I’m aware that foreigners can purchase a property in the US without having a Visa, but since I’m not allowed to reside within the US, I’m not able manage my properties directly and further my career, so what’s the point?

I assume that if I do make it to the US, I gotta find a full time/part job in the meantime in order to sustain myself financially aside from real estate (I don’t have a formal career in any field)

A few important things to consider:

  • I don’t really have a specific area in the US real estate market I’m aiming for.
  • I have some savings which might help me settle in for a few months or more.
  • I also own a EU citizenship if that matters at all.

I’d really appreciate if you can advise me about my situation.
