Hello all , i am from the bay area and have been looking into buying my first property nearby. My current intent is to buy a small home on a big lot and house hack by adding some rooms. House hacking seems to be the best option for me now to help get me started in the world of investing ultimately into more properties. Any thoughts or opinions ?
