Zillow "Price my Rental" Tool No Longer Showing Leased Properties

Hello BP Community,

I have been relying on Zillow's "Price my Rental" tool (via their Rental Manager site) to help me price rentals within a 2 mile radius of a target property.  The benefit of this tool was that not only could I see active properties for rent, but also properties that have been leased around the target properties within the past 30 days to give a more accurate rent price.

It appears that in the past couple of weeks, this tool is no longer showing "Off Market" (i.e. leased) properties, and only showing active properties.  Would anyone know why this is?
