Neighborhoods just outside Phoenix
Hi All,
I'm planning to move from North Carolina to Phoenix for at least half the year and want to build a rental portfolio in the Phoenix area. I'm planning to focus on small multi-unit buildings, but am having a very hard time finding anything that will cash flow within city limits. Any local advice on neighborhoods just outside the city that might work?
