Want to get my first duplex!

Hi everyone i live in New Port Richey, FL.

So I have bought my house that I live in about 2 years ago now and want to pull a heloc for refinance at the same time. With that I’m looking to be able to buy a duplex to get started. I think it would give me 20-30K and would have to use that in the deal.

Sense I don’t really know anyone with that much money want to go to hard money lender but would prefer a couch/partner.

If anybody has suggestions and even willing to reach out plz let me know.

I recently this year opened an llc to start doing remodeling and have had jobs to get me experience and future relationships. So far I’ve just got more work. Lol
