Recommended Turnkey providers

Hello BP family!

Seeking your thoughts and recommendations on turnkey providers. I am a newbie and looking into venturing into RE investing alongside my 9-5. As an entry point, I thought turnkey property would be a good start? Any thoughts on those who have gone done this path? Or, do you recommend a different approach? For context, I have a pretty good credit score and have saved about $60k for startup.
