Newbie investing in West Texas. Seller finance or Subject to.
Looking to connect with fellow investors, property managers, agents, and wholesalers. I a looking to buy my first investment property. I have been self employed for under two years so I am looking for a multifamily property to BRRRR using hard money or a property to seller finance or subject to. Looking for properties up to 200K.
I'm US citizen but live in Denmark. I like the Laredo market for cash flow. Hoping to build my team and learn from from some seasoned investors who have invested in the area. If you have any connections or advice please let me know!
