Getting Started Advice

I'm new to BP and in the beginning of my investment journey and just devouring all this content that I can, but I need some help. My brothers and I have been talking for much of this year about starting a flipping business to create some income in order to get into buy and hold properties, but as I listen to more of these past podcasts, it seems like the two are somewhat mutually exclusive. Would you recommend flipping to build capital for investing or just jump straight to investing via the BRRRR method? I feel like the latter is the best way, especially if I'm not super interested in the flipping aspect for anything other than just capital creation. Any thoughts would be appreciated. TIA

Matt

@Matt Quinney I actually do not recommend BRRRR for Beginners. It is a niche strategy that can be very difficult to pull off if you are not super careful with what you are doing. I recommend you start with learning Fixing and Flipping first, then using your cash to get a rental or two to learn that. Once you have learned both, its simply combining the methods.
