Any house in Cowlitz, Clark, or Western WA? Approved for $200000
First time home buyer in WA state approved by my lender for $200000.
Looking to house hack my first property but I haven’t seen anything near CLARK COUNTY which in terms of commute would work for me..
However living more towards LONGVIEW, KELSO areas is a doable option.
Anyone of you seasoned real estate professionals willing to spread the Xmas spirit and share some wisdom with my new venture?
