Selling Our Home: Tips
Hi Everyone!
My husband and I are currently selling our home in Wilmington, DE and it would make a great rental property. It's 3BR 2 1/2 Bath, 1725 square feet, and it's a detached single family home. All our of neighbors all rent, so it's the perfect opportunity for a newbie to invest in a newer, less than 10 year old home! We just put it on the market and are looking for any assistance from those who have gone through this process before. Is there anything we can do to make our home stand out, or anywhere we should be posting our listing to help it sell?
