Starting out with investing
Hey guys I was in the process of buying my grandmas house but there was an issue with showing for income when word came back from the underwriter. I wanted to know what other finance options as I wanted to close before the new year and relieve my 81 year old grandma from paying mortgage ever again. I had planned to househack of course and rent out the upstairs 3b/1 1/2ba. please I would like your great minds to think of any other alternatives that are safe and quick.
