Network Required for Real Estate Investing

Hello all,

I am a Financial Analyst looking to get into real estate investing. I have been following biggerpockets podcasts and trying to learn as much as I can. As I am learning I realized having a strong team is a key requirement. I am looking to start out with doing entry level flips (not complete renovations) and eventually doing BRRRR and finally going into long term rentals which is the end goal. Can someone tell me what is the full team for REI such as Contractors, Lenders (Hard money/Banks), Appraisers, Realtors? In addition, where and how do I meet/get together with these people for my team
