Good questions to ask seller on your first property
I have found my first prospective property I am going to look at Saturday morning. I’d like to show up with a set of quality questions prepared so I don’t get caught up in looking at the property and forget anything. Any recommendations on must-ask questions for my first single family rental property? Thanks in advance!
