This is my first time getting into Fix and Flips and I am kinda in a bind on how to start. Can anyone provide a little insight on how I should get started?

You should read The Book On Flipping Houses by J Scott. Excellent read for newbies on how to get started. Watch a few podcasts as well.

@Millenia Stafford I’m listening to the J. Scott book how to flop houses on Audible right now!...while walking my dog. ;). It seems to be the beat one I’ve experienced.

The book is a great start, but your question is REALLY vague. Do you know anything about flipping? Do you have your own cash or financing in place? Do you have a plan to do property acquisition on your own or will you buy off the MLS? Do you have partners? Have you decided who will do what in the partnership? Do you know rehab costs? Do you understand ARV and how to figure it out? You'll need to know all of this to even start getting started.

@Bob Okenwa Thank you! I’m going to definitely look at podcast and book. Any other advice?

@Jonathan Greene So I do know a little about flipping. I do have a house, that I currently live in, where I am working to fix it up. So I am learning while working on my own house.
