Which step comes first?
Hello everyone, I am new to the real estate investing world and am looking for some answers, when buying home, do you find the deal first or acquire financing first? Is there a standard operating procedure or is it up to the investor? I am just confused on how to get the process of actually buying real estate started, and would like some help. Any help would be gladly appreciated.
