Real Estate Legal Resources
Hello BiggerPockets Community,
I am a beginner Investor and I am looking to start as a Wholesaler. I have been studying this topic for about 6 months and have been developing a business around it for about another 5 to 6 months. I am at a stage now in the development of this business where I am trying to make sure I am following all the federal and state (Wisconsin) regulations of wholesaling real estate.
My question to the community would be, what are some free and/or very inexpensive legal resources that understand this type of real estate business.
And also could some one review legalzoom.com and their monthly legal and accounting services.
