How to get a mortgage through an LLC

I have an LLC, and I am looking to get a mortgage loan for a rental property. I have been in touch with my realtor who has connected me to some mortgage lenders. Is it often the case that the smaller lenders (not big bank) will issue mortgage loans to LLCs?

What is the best way to get a mortgage with an LLC (other than a commercial loan or personal mortgage and moving the deed to the LLC after)?
