Newbie wholesale Investor

Hey BP community, I'm a new investor learning the wholesale business. My journey up until this point has been exciting trying to get my first deal. I'm currently working with sellers but having a difficult time finding investor friendly title companies/agents that's familiar with handling assignments of contracts and double closings around the Saginaw Mi area. If anyone has suggestions concerning this matter I would love to hear from you. Thank you.
