I am interested in learning about any storage facility that has been purchased with no money down. Has this ever occurred for anyone? How did you structure the deal?

I don't see why you couldn't use private money, a partnership, or owner financing.

Hi @David Silva and thanks @Dmitriy Fomichenko. That's pretty tough. I agree with @Nicole Heasley and would add that it's great to go to local REIA's (real estate meetups) to find private lenders who may invest. You will likely also want to ask the seller to do owner financing, and you will have to give them credible reasons you will run it well. Good luck!
