Grand Rapids Meet Up (Michigan)

Hi All,

I am a real estate agent here in Grand Rapids that is still trying to find my first deal. I have attended a few REIA's meetings, but it looks like those are put on pause for a little while longer. I would love to hear some stories about other peoples early experiences or what newer people are struggling with as well. Personally, I am struggling with what type of financing to choose.

I also wanted to see if any BP members around the GR area would be interested in a group meet up, maybe at a restaurant or coffee shop. I have some clients interested as well, I just wanted to gauge the overall interest on here as well.
