Hi my partner and I are interested in investing in a chalet at Tiger Run Resort in Breckenridge and I was wondering if anyone has any experiences with purchasing and renting them out as STR? We should have bought one many years ago because they have appreciated quite a bit. We love the chalets and the town of Breckenridge but just wondering if the Chalets would still be a good investment even though they're priced so high ? We're also thinking about Dillon, Fraser or Granby.
Hello! Tiger Run RV resort in Breckenridge is very desirable for month-long stays and rentals. Keep in mind the chalets do not have a typical deed-they are issued a DMV title as they are technically on wheels. Financing is not typical-most people pay cash for them.
