New to real estate investing, struggling to get my first deal. Any tips to finding a partner, at the moment I’m unable to get a mortgage and or hard money due to low credit score. My Agent has sent me few turn key properties in Georgia. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I believe number one you should recognize what your skills are and what you bring to the table for a partner. Do you have experience? Do you have a down payment? When you are networking with local investors, you can locate a partner that has what you are missing.
