So I have a realtor, a CPA, a couple leads on contractors, a lender, I have started my business plan...outside of a deal all i'm missing is a real estate attorney, right?

also, will the real estate attorney be the right one to set up my business structure?

does anyone know a good RE attorney in Dallas - Fort Worth DFW area?
