What did you have save when starting out?
How much money did u have saved staring out? Did u have a primary and bought ur first flipper/rental with cash? Did u get a second mortgage for an investment property with a heavy down payment? Would you try to borrow as much as you can keeping your valuable cash in your pockets or would you come out big with your savings and not have a mortgage?
