Brand new investor and agent here. I was driving this morning and listening to the bp episode #146 and a question came in mind. Which is a better loan? Private lenders (friends, family, etc.) vs bank loans?

I understand there are many factors to consider. I would like to hear the opinions of the mass of investors. Thanks!
