Finance Options - No W2 Job - Loan Options?
Hi Folks!
I have recently started a business and leaving my W2 job at the end of the month which puts my chances of getting a loan for an investment property very low since it needs to be established for at least two years.
Looking for suggestions of loan types, etc. for a newly established business.

@Mario Gonzalez - plenty of options out there. How do I know? I built a portfolio of 127 rentals without W2 income. I only work with investor friendly lenders. Message me and I can put you in touch.
