I'm a newbie to the real estate investing world located in San Diego, California. l work full time and my goal is to make the transition into a full time investor utilizing the buy & hold strategy for single family homes and multi-family homes ultimately. For anyone who made that transition from a job into full time investor what was it like, and how did you start?
