Financing Differences Between Flips & BRRRRs

Hi, I'm new to this whole investing realm, I was wondering if anybody can give information about financing when it comes to flips vs BRRRRs and give scenarios if we are using a hard money lender and also JV partner. Thanks in advance! :)
