Looking into the Montgomery Alabama market

Hi everyone! I’m looking into the Montgomery Alabama area for purchasing my first rentals. I’m not too familiar with the neighborhoods and wanted to know if anyone has any insight. I’ve looked at Boylston area, but was not sure of the area.

The range on a 3/1 in those areas will be 750-950.  3/2 will bring better rent, and 4/2 even better, sometimes over $1,000.
