Good Beginner Advice
I have just recently really started to do research on getting into real estate investing. I am a college student and have a decent amount of capital to begin investing, but want to make sure I have a solid base knowledge before I get into anything. I was wondering what are some things to avoid and things you wish you knew when starting out? What are some ways I can jump start my real estate investing journey in the next few months?
