Our CPA has recommended that we maintain suspended losses. Therefore, we are accumulating quite a number of receipts and I thought I saw a post regarding a way to take a picture of the receipt and incorporate it into an app? Please let me know because the paper trail is becoming very lengthy.
Google drive or Quickbooks would be best
Shoeboxed and Expensify are popular. Attaching each receipt to a transaction in QBO is also worthwhile, but may be more time intensive.

We take pictures of the receipts and match them up to the corresponding expense(s) in our property management software (Stessa). It simple and everything can be done from your phone.
