Using Twilio for Text Marketing Campaigns

Is anyone here using Twilio for REI text marketing campaigns in their CRM? My account got flagged for 'suspicious activity' and it's now put my business at a stand still. Twilio has done little to nothing to resolve the issue, has no forums or a hotline to call.. This was the only other place I could think to turn for answers.

Does anyone know of an alternative to Twilio that doesn't have this issue, and maybe a CRM that will support that software? Any and all input is welcomed. Thanks in advance.
