Who is responsible for taking the garbage out to the curb

Hello, I have a question. Do you (as the landlord) have to take out the trash for your tenants in Massachusetts (Boston) if you own a 3 unit multi fam? Is there any laws in regards to this? Especially if the tenants are TAW.
