New Investor in Houston, TX

Ryan Money
Posted

Hi everyone, my name is Ryan and I'm semi-new to real estate investing and am new to Bigger Pockets. I have been listening to the podcast for a while but this is my first time jumping on the site.

I'm looking to invest in Houston and/or Bryan College Station area.

I am looking for advice, guidance, and any other resources to help me along my journey.

Thanks!

@Ryan Money welcome to BP. BCS is a great area to invest in. As @Stephen Beck mentioned it can be difficult to find a cash flowing SFR. However, if you act quickly and are prepared to do some upgrades you can cash flow a duplex or 4 plex. The trick to to always be on the hunt
