Cost of roof repair and HVAC replacement

What is the average cost of a new roof on a small house in Atlanta and a new HVAC? I'm considering a rental property but calculating the cost to repair the roof and replace HVAC to see if it's worth the investment.

Hey @Mylan Toovey, welcome to the BP community!

Prices have been shooting up in regards to roof replacements. Small, simple pitch roof could be anywhere from $4-8k, depending on several factors. 

HVAC will depend on who you have doing it but maybe $4-7k.

Happy to refer you to some awesome roofers as well as a couple HVAC techs if you need it. Or, if you have other questions, please feel free to reach out anytime!
