1st House Hack Under Contract
Hello BP,
I recently just went under contract on a Duplex in Aurora, IL! This is my first property and I am extremely excited to start this journey of real estate investing! I am currently paying $1,700 in rent and my mortgage will be roughly $2,000. I already have a tenant that has agreed to pay $1,200 in rent (my in-laws lol) for the top unit while I live in the bottom unit.
With the money I save on housing expenses I plan to save up for my next dp on a larger small multi-family building!
Just wanted to say thank you to BP bc I could not have done it w/o you!
