Out of state investing in Indiana

Hi everyone!

First post here. I'm looking to buy a multifamily in Indiana, currently based in CT/NY area, but don't really know where to even start. I was hoping I can meet a fellow investor from Indiana that I can have a chat with regrading some options. Looking for B class properties that can provide decent cashflow without breaking the bank. Any tips and/or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
